Why have we eliminated a handy-dandy email link?

Because of the increasing volume of SPAM being created by search engines picking up email addresses on web pages, we have set our email address as a graphic with no link. Please make a note of the text and use the e-mail program of your choosing.

We are developing additional filters for our system which will require certain words in the subject lines to allow passage into our systems. When placing an order, use the all-caps word AWARD as the first word in your subject line. There will be other "passwords" for other circumstances. Please call 703-698-6808. We are developing a graphic page to highlight these codes.

We are not happy that this has become a requirement, but when 3 of 5 addresses get 15 copies of the same email from 8 different sources, it gets to be rather burdensome.
